You saw Steve McQueen on his motorcycle in the Hollywood blockbuster... now comes the story of what happened after The Great Escape. This Thursday THE GREAT ESCAPE: The Reckoning comes to ABC1 TV at 8.30pm.
Through dramatic recreation and interviews with surviving prisoners from Stalag Luft III, we reveal how a small group of RAF Investigators plunge into the chaos of post-war Germany to hunt down the murderers of 50 Allied Airmen.
