Member Terms of Use

1. Eligibility
Membership of EnhanceTV Community is void where prohibited by law.
You warrant that:

(a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate;
(b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information;
(c) you will keep the user name and password supplied to you secure;
(d) you are 18 years of age or older; and
(e) your membership and use of this website does not violate any applicable law.

Your profile may be deleted and your membership may be terminated without warning if we believe that you are in breach of these terms.

2. Content
EnhanceTV Pty Ltd ACN 119 702 251 does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video or any other materials (Content) that you post to this website. You grant EnhanceTV Pty Ltd a licence to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and distribute such Content on this website.

This licence is non-exclusive, royalty-free, able to be sublicensed by EnhanceTV Pty Ltd and worldwide.

You warrant that:

(a) you own Content posted by you on this website; and
(b) the posting of your Content on this website does not violate the privacy, copyright or any other rights of any person.

EnhanceTV Pty Ltd reserves the right to remove any Content.

3. Use
This website is for personal use only and may not be used in connection with any commercial operations.
You must not use this website to:

(a) bully, intimidate or harass any user;
(b) misrepresent or defame others;
(c) commit fraud;
(d) collect usernames or email addresses of members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email;
(e) engage in misleading or deceptive conduct; or
(f) propagate computer worms, viruses or other types of malicious programs.

EnhanceTV Pty Ltd is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user or member of this website.
To the extent permitted by law, in no event will EnhanceTV Pty Ltd be liable to you or any other person for any damages, losses, costs or expenses arising from your use of this website.

You indemnify EnhanceTV Pty Ltd for any damages, losses, costs and expenses incurred by EnhanceTV Pty Ltd arising out of your use of this website.

6. Termination
You may terminate your membership to the EnhanceTV Community by following the instructions from this link. If you want to deactivate your Ning account, instructions from this link.

EnhanceTV Pty Ltd may also terminate your membership for any reason.

7. General
The agreement between EnhanceTV Pty Ltd and you is governed by and must be construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each of us unconditionally submits to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

Enhance TVPty Ltd may amend these terms by substituting amended terms on this website. Continued use of this website following those amendments constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
