Introduction

Educators

The EnhanceTV Community is the place to connect and share ideas and resources with educators using TV in the classroom.

You can recommend educational TV programs and give the Community your tips for teaching with the programs you have shown in class. Share your experiences about what worked, what didn't, how relevant the program is for the Australian curriculum, and other insights from an academic perspective. The site is intended to promote genuine discussion and an exchange of ideas.

The more input you have, and the more discussions, lesson plans and links you share, the better decisions everyone can make in choosing TV programs for their libraries and classrooms.

Feedback from educators in all school or tertiary levels is welcome!

We hope you enjoy our online community and find it a lively and interesting place to educate, learn and question any aspect of teaching with TV.

EnhanceTV and its Community website, are brought to you by Screenrights, the not-for-profit organisation that licenses educational institutions to copy from TV. Download the media release about the Community's launch.

Filmmakers

The EnhanceTV Community is also the place where filmmakers can share information about their work with the people who are using their programs in teaching. It's important that filmmakers who contribute aren't just posting advertising or promotional material - educators can find that kind of information on other sites. EnhanceTV reserves the right not to publish material of this nature.

We’d love to hear from filmmakers who have insights into ways in which their programs have been used or ways in which they intended them to be used in schools and tertiary institutions.
