Bringing up baby

Our TAFE SA Children's Services lecturers were horrified by
some of the child rearing practices demonstrated on this show. The thought
that, with all the research and studies done over the years, that this show
might encourage parents and caregivers to adopt some of these practices
made everyone cringe. Although the program itself had some warnings (re:
SIDS etc) we felt we had to issue further warnings that the shows were to
be used for critiquing only NOT as accepted practice.
