Hi Michael,

EnhanceTV can only supply programs directly to Australian educational institutions with a Screenrights licence.

Australian Premium Membership is available to all government schools (and most other schools), TAFEs and universities in Australia that have a current Screenrights licence. Purchases from EnhanceTV are not open to the general public or other industry sectors.

So how would this work if we are buying material to go into a local government music library or one that we eventually will run ourselves?
Thanks for your reply

Hi,

EnhanceTV programs can only be used in educational institutions that are licenced. Our copies cannot be used in government libraries.

Thanks.

So, unless a Local Council Library has a "Screenrights" licence they cannot lend DVDs?

Wouldn't most Council Libraries have this?
Wouldn't it be similar to books copyright?

If I gave my local library a DVD, say one I have purchased OS or one I have picked up in St.VdeP for $2 can it be lent by the Local Library?

Would the same rules apply to a University or school Library?
